• Graphics
  • All graphics should be emailed to us in .jpg, .gif, or .psd format.
  • We prefer them to be 300 dpi. in order to allow us some leeway if we need to make changes.
  • Minor graphic work such as minor re-cropping will be done at no charge.  More extensive work will be billed at our standard rate.
  • Should you have archival photos or other graphical materials that you can not supply digitally we will be glad to do the conversion for you at our standard rate.
  • In rare cases unusual graphical work may require outsourcing.  We will provide you with the cost before any work is preformed.
• Text
  • All text should be emailed to us in Microsoft Word format or plain text format.
  • Minor editing may occur in order to enhance the appearance of your website.  No changes will be made without your consent.
  • Other text formats can be converted at out standard rate.
  • Should you have archival documents that you wish to include in your website they can be displayed (in most cases) as either a graphic or text.
  • In rare cases unusual text formats may require outsourcing.  We will provide you with the cost before any work is preformed.
• Updates
  • All websites are entitled to 1/4 hour of update time per month.
  • All time over 1/4 hour will be billed at out standard rate.
  • Those wishing to make frequent changes such as running weekly or daily specials may pre-buy up to 10 hours for a 25% discount and any amount over 10 hours for 50% off our standard rate.
• Hosting
  • Hosting for the Economy Packages is only $10.00 per month.  In order to offer such a low low price we bill for one year a a time. 
  • New Economy Packages accounts paid within 30 days of activation will receive two months free making the total hosting cost for the year only $100.00.
  • Established Economy Packages paid by the anniversary date will receive two months free making the total hosting cost for the year only $100.00.
  • Custom sites are generally billed the same as the Economy Packages.
  • Invoices unpaid for two months will result in the site being taken offline.
  • Should a site have an overly high usage rate there may be additional charges.  This has never been a problem.
• Domain Renewals
  • Domains require renewing each year.  You will be billed at the same time as your hosting.
  • Renewal fees will be billed for exactly what we pay the registrar.
  • Current registration or renewal fees are $9.95 per year for .com domains.
  • Domains other than .com vary.  The Web Wizzard uses GoDaddy as it's register.  You may check their site for other domain prices.
  • NOTE:  GoDaddy's ad price of $1.99 is only good if you purchase another service at the same time.  We do not use their other services.
• Email Accounts
  • All accounts come with 12 email accounts.
  • Extra email account are available for $12.00 per dozen per year.
• Outbound Email
  • We can email your customers your newsletter on a weekly or monthly cycle or one time, monthly, weekly, or even daily sale emails.
  • Set-up fee is $50.00
  • Per email fee for under 100 emails is $0.05.
  • Per email fee for under 1,000 emails is $0.03.
  • Per email fee for under 10,000emails is $0.02.
  • Prepay for 5 or more campaigns in a year and get a 50% discount.

  Note:  We only email to legitimate customers.  We will not email to purchased lists.
